From arrival to departure, the team was outstanding. They identified the taxi driver who overcharged me and arranged for me to meet with the company to discuss the matter. Also, this is one a handful hotels which actually follows its clean sheets and towels recommendations, and didn’t give me fresh linens until I requested them. Thank you.

The highlight of our stay was the mindblowing dinner we had at the unique concept restaurant KOTO. A set menu I would highly recommend! ROOM: We stayed in Room 1216 , so this review is based on that; SIZE: The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring plush bedding, marble bathrooms, and all the modern amenities one could desire VIEW: Lovely views of the cityscape from huge windows ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: excellent spa-quality toiletries by BALMAIN FACILITIES: Excellent Gym with a wide range of weights and Cardio machines good enough for a full on workout. The Swimming pool was good too. For those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, the hotel's spa is a true sanctuary. Offering a range of indulgent treatments and therapies, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city or attending business meetings. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to MR.RYAN (the had of Sales and Marketing) for enhancing our stay to a different level and making it truly unforgettable. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

The power sockets are placed away from the bed which is inconvenience to charge devices overnight. The colour scheme of the room is abit out dated, and the ergonomic is not suitable for business traveller.
