Oumaine and Ines at the reception where excepcional we had left our passport at another hotel and Oumaine took care of everything arranged to have it brought to the hotel on time and was amazing with everything thank you so Mutch for everything the rooms are just amazing and clean and the food was the best from all the hotels we stayed in Marrocos. 5 star to everything

The hotel was generally satisfactory, but I had a disappointing experience with the bathroom. There was a lack of privacy and the tap was complicated to maneuver

A lovely welcome with Moroccan tea and friendly staff. The pool is fabulous!! If you’re a swimmer it’s 27m and great to get your lengths in! I left my hat on the shuttle bus one evening but it was returned the next day, super happy about that and staff really helpful ensuring I got it back. If we’d had more time we’d have used the bikes and perhaps a morning horse ride. Shout of thanks to Mohammed in the restaurant, the poolside staff who we talked swimming with (Imad) and reception staff always kind and friendly Ines, Yousna, Maniem andTania. Great choice of food for everyone and if you have children with you the buffet is ideal. Some of the fabric of the hotel has seen better days, but it’s super clean, cared for and linen and bed were conducive to a good night of sleep. Well done team! :)
