If it wasn't for the cashback option, I'd use the SBB app instead. Check in ticket is completely unreliable, sometimes checks you in right away, but often throws some error, sometimes checks you in anyway without you being sure whether you actually are. Sometimes sends you a text message hours after you checked out that you are still checked in and when you go to check, you're not! Also the latest GUI redesign is just pointless and makes the app even less usable. Please improve.

I hate the new interface. It is supposed give qui one touch access. 1. Next Departure 2. Destination WITHOUT SPECIFYING THE DEPARTURE. 3. Buying a tickets IN THE CURRENT ZONE. It is better to create a customizable home page with shortcuts. For example: 1. Next Departure (near bus/tram/train stops) 2. Destination (destination only) 3. Journey (departure + destination) 4. Buy Ticket Zone 110 5. Buy local or short distance tickets 6. Show valid tickets

Thank you for your feedback! Departures from the nearest stop are displayed by clicking on the "Next departures" . Check the timetable from current location by entering only the destination stop. Buy a ticket for the current zone via quick selection. Valid tickets are available via the "SwissPass and tickets" button. Best regards, your ZVV

1. Arrival times around the city centre can often be delayed by some 2-3 minutes (I've experienced this mostly at Bellevue). Despite this, the app will often suggest journeys with tight connecting times, which you then might proceed to miss. So I'd recommend, always check them beforehand if it's an important occasion. And from the app, surely there is vast data on unpredictable yet expected delay times, so some indication would be nice. 2. The sharing feature is kinda ugly, more like SBB pls.
