I've booked a flight, paid for the flight using a card. The money was taken from my account but I didn't receive a ticket and it shows the reservationas cancelled even though it was paid. Contacting call center and yet to get a reply to fix the issue. Bad experience and the worst customer service. I'll advice anybody not to risk using this app for any future booking.

I do not have a good experience with this app, because unlike any other airline app, it does not actually store the flight details or the boarding card in the app, in a very unprofessional way it just opens a webpage for such info - which of course does not work, as, DUH, usually people have no internet on the go in Africa. So in this way, sorry to say, but the app is useless.

More than bad experience actually it is a disaster.We had a reservation and took the rapide test but they refused to let us get on plane as this is not the needed test but they did not cooperate in any way to change the reservation .Very rude staff not a bit educated and leaks communication skills should be changed if the company wants to keep a good image. Customer's services take like 10 hours to answer your phone.
