How it works

To enjoy your upgrade, purchase an Express class Heathrow Express ticket from heathrowexpress.com/avios, the Heathrow Express app, in stations or on board the train. Take a seat in the Business First carriage and simply show your valid Gold Guest List card or app along with your ticket.

Who is eligible?

The free upgrade to Business First applies to a British Airways Executive Club Gold Guest List Member plus one guest travelling on the same Heathrow Express service. Both Member and guest must purchase an Express class ticket.

Carnet tickets are eligible for your upgrade.

A refund given for an unused Heathrow Express ticket (e.g. due to a cancelled service) will be at the rate for the travel class originally booked (i.e. not the upgraded class). For details on how to request a refund or to contact Heathrow Express please visit heathrowexpress.com/contact-us.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The upgrade to Business First is subject to availability.
  2. If a valid Gold Guest List card or app cannot be shown, the additional fare for a Business First ticket will be charged or the Member will be asked to move to an Express class seat.
