The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The maids did an excellent job of keeping it clean and tidy. The staff were very hospitable and catered to our needs. The concierge, Tim, was extremely helpful. My only issue was with the wayfinding on the stairs. We were on the 11th floor. One day the elevators were taking a very long time. We were in a hurry; so, we took the stairs. The stairs ended at the 3rd floor. We were not able to find the next set of stairs on our own - we needed to ask for help. If this had been an emergency, there would have been panic and a dangerous situation.
