We are in Poland for the first time! The Sofitel Victoria in Warsaw is fabulous! We just experienced the breakfast that was included with our room and the staff, quality of food and cleanliness is beyond superb! We were so pleased and grateful!

Lovely room and facilities, but what is the most important - friendly and helpful people working there. Usually it is the service which makes the difference. From lovely housekeeping service (thanks to Ukrainian ladies cleaning 5th floor), to service desk people. We have received a beautiful room with a view over the Piłsudski Place and nice gift from the Relationship Team :) It made our stay memorable. I also loved bedding system (that is what I am very picky about) - wonderful quality down duvets and pillows with (probably) Egiptian thickly threated satrin linens. Heaven!

Nice hotel to stay with good accommodations and open buffet breakfast. Anna was a good hostess at the breakfast. The customer service was very good. We went in the busy weekend and the staff were available and ready for taking care of their cuatomers
