Staff at the buffet desrves a raise easily, they are extremely friendly and helpful; the ladies that work there really made my day in Warsaw. Can recommend that place to everybody, great location and a lot of history nearby including unnamed soldier tomb, zacheta art museum and Royal Route

Excellent hotel. Great staff … the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. The staff at the buffet were great and everything was presented so nicely. Hotel is clean and very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable Enjoyed our stay!! The location was close to interesting sites.

This hotel is in the top three in Warsaw. The Bristol and Europejski are fancier but I’m not sure that will be important enough in your overall stay to warrant the higher price tags. The breakfast buffet is one of the finest I’ve ever experienced! Anna in particular, was extremely helpful and hospitable. She enhanced our overall dining experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed (although some are more updated than others). The pool is the perfect temperature and the ambiance is very pleasant. The fitness center has the basics so you don’t have to completely miss out on your workouts when traveling. The locker room could provide a finer experience with some nicer touches found in higher end hotels. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and definitely would stay here again. The location is fantastic- where you want to be.
