Nice looking Hotel outside, Feels Oven Inside

THE ROOM 201 I STAYED WERE LIKE AN OVEN, SETTING THE THERMO AT 21 NEVER WENT, ROOM TEMP WERE CONSTANT AT 25.....DONT STAY HERE ON SUMMER...perhaps Big Glass windows allowing natural light adds to room cooling failure. Aside from the fact that 201 is near elevator shaft, geez, cant get peaceful sleep.

Nice hotel for a business stay. Comfortable, clean rooms and staff very friendly. The buffet food is very good and has a great choice of many different cuisines. The only reasons I rated 4 out of 5 are… 1, The WiFi is terrible and goes from painfully slow to non existent. 2, The pool is indoor so at the weekend there is no area to relax. 3, The gym equipment is a bit old and tired, also the gym could do with being a bit colder. I moved for the weekend to a different hotel in Dammam that was actually a bit cheaper than this, had an outdoor pool and state of the art gym.

Well situated hotel with a spacious room and nice breakfast. Airco is working good which is really a must. Bathroom with shower and bath. All staff was very friendly. Special thanks to the room service for the fresh fruit platter and fresh flowers and a well cleaned room every day. Well appreciated. There is also a gym which I used twice. Only remerk is that some machines need repair/replacement.

Hotel is perfectly situated along Alkhobar Corniche. Clean lobby, but reception unfriendly—a mystery shopper might help what do I mean by unfriendy. We checked-in weekend and basement parking space was full, and need to park at the vicinity.
