Our stay was flawless from start to finish. The pool staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us, the cocktails we had at the pool where the best we had in Dubai. The cleaning in the rooms was amazing so thank you to Anil and the rest of the cleaning staff. We will definitely be back in Sofitel JBR!

We loved our stay at Sofitel and felt truly looked after by the staff. Helal looked after our room and kept it spotless, well stocked and entertained us with his towel art! A special shoutout for the Porter Maneno Ali who looked after us so well. The pool is lovely but do go early when it’s less busy. A full sea view is definitely worth it. Lovely bed linen, pillows and comfy beds. Loved the bathrooms with planter shutters.

Best service ever. Rooms were clean as the cleaning guys were spot on. They made sure the room looking clean at all times and provided us with different pillows and also extra towels as par requested. Mahdu was very good and helped us with everything we needed as made it feel like home.

Hello sofitel how are you, I want to share something with you i arrived this hotel in 07/05/2024 my room number was 0709 and this feedback is specially for Mr. AHMAD who was cleaning my room, Everyday my room is amazing and im very impress with Ahmad when he said i am not thinking yiu sofitel guest I'm thinking you are my guest and aslo he said this sofitel is also my home so you are in my house it's my responsibility to take care of you thank you Ahmad When we arrived this hotel our feeling was very bored but i inter the 7th floor Ahmad was there he explain us very clearly this is DND sign like this and he said I'm the one who will clean our room yiu need anything extra towels water tea milk if you anything the just tell me I'll provide you. Ahmad is very nice and very friendly person and again thank you Ahmad we will come again in this hotel and make sure our room attended should be Ahmad thank you so much to alla off you🫶😍🧡 ,Linder el deen,
