Had a fab stay, cozy rooms. We had amazing housekeepers Dil and Saif who were very prompt and did an outstanding job! Waqas was very helpful and approachable, he gave great tips on sightseeing Dubai. Would definitely come back to stay, however only negative is it is more suitable for couples rather than families as the extra bed is not very comfortable.

Very good service, the cleaning service was awesome. Especily Helal named guy. He was amazing and did a great job! The hotel is placed very central. Its good for families with children. The beach is close and the pool is good! There is a lot of good restaurants

We did half board. Just the most amazing food I’ve ever had. The Chefs are happy to acccomadate children who are fussy with simple meals like jacket potatoes, tomato pasta, beans on toast. The Chefs are also happy and polite, and have good banter, which is a credit to them since they’re away from family and friends. The waiters can’t do enough to help during meal times. Farman cleaned our rooms immaculately every day, a very nice sweet guy! Sandeep the Manager was extremely friendly and would speak to guests each morning. It was nice to hear the staffs personal stories of where they’re from. One negative was at the sports bar linked next to the hotel which would only let me watch the Fury v Usyk fight if I spent a minimum of 200AED (approx £50) in drinks. I had to leave and listen on the radio. When I complained at reception I was told “you wouldn’t expect a McDonald’s for free”, because the sports bar is not part of the hotel, even though it’s next to the Resturant - weird! Although a funny statement looking back, it annoyed me at the time. We lived on the 10th floor, you can hear a lot of noise outside during the night, especially on weekends. In future will ask to stay higher up to avoid this. One of the staff said 20th floor and above is quiet at night. Overall, superb experience. This is our 4th time staying here, the first time since the Pandemic, and can’t wait to come back again to stay next year. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us. Wonderful stay here last week. From the gorgeous smell as you enter the hotel, to a fabulous luxurious bedroom, it ticked all our boxes. Check in was more laborious than I like personally, and our daughters room didn’t have a bed made up for her 6yr old Son or cot for her toddler, despite then being very clear on their booking. The foot was spot on throughout, and the pool is superb, we never even went down to the beach it was that good around the pool, and the guys work so hard around the pool to secure you a bed and keeping your drinks or food coming as requested. I love the way the guys don’t let you dump a towel and walk off, you can only keep the bed while you are round the pool……exactly how all pools should be managed 👌 My only complaint would be my emailed the hotel directly to ask if our room could be near our daughters, they didn’t even bother to rep,y and upon check in we where 14 floors apart, only minor detail but important to us and totally ignored. It didn’t overshadow our stay, we loved it and the staff are excellent throughout.
