Wonderful Stay at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra. Despite the super hot weather, the staff was just fantastic, great welcome, great service, always smilling and super polite. Both restaurants and both bars (Hotel and pool) had great cuisine, drinks and cocktails. The service was great and proactive. Island visit has been wonderfuly organised, Spa and massage area are wonderful too and the team very professional. I've used the Fitness center every day, always super clean with all commodities. Even if I've been there with youjng adults, the importance given to families and children was also noticeable with great team again and a lot of activities. Awaited in a Sofitel...the importance given to details is visible, everywhere. Again, congrats to the management and the staff, we enjoyed a lot our short stay.

Overall service is good especially staff inside Club Millesime is very attentive. Staff at the reception can be friendlier. We booked the suite with Club access, but the view of the room is not good at all. Next time, I'd rather book a normal room. They seem to have better view. The blanket has a damped smell

Just had the most amazing and relaxing weekend at the Sofitel Krabi. The grounds and hotel are immaculate, and the location is hard to beat. Peaceful but with plenty around to keep you occupied, including some beautiful beaches. However the most exceptional thing about the Sofitel Krabi are the wonderful staff & service, that was truly 5 star and above from the moment we arrived. Special mention to Peter Laird (Director of F&B) for an impeccable experience, great guy and incredibly helpful! My partner was overjoyed to meet the Executive chef of Pastry and get to pick his brains, thank you again Peter for organizing that my friend. Also want to say a huge thanks to the delightful Bar Staff – Khun Golf at the pool, as well as Meen & Top at the Explorer Bar. We are already planning our visit in July!
