I will try to summarise our recent experience of the marvellous Sofitel Krabi. We stayed on an All Inclusive basis for 14 nights (highly recommend AI). From our first impression to our departure we were absolutely spoilt by all the staff Rooms: Comfortable king size bed with lovely balcony. Peaceful 14 nights sleep Food & bars: Excellent choice and tasty food. Every meal we had from breakfast, lunch in Koh Poda, dinner in the White Lotus and Venezia restaurants were delicious. High quality with such a great selection that satisfy every taste. The Koh Poda swim up bar was excellent (great cocktails). The Explorer bar had an amazing atmosphere with a live two piece band. Kiccy & Alan are so talented and I was up dancing most nights. Thank you for playing “Heroes - David Bowie” for me. ❤️ Pool: spotlessly clean and large. There’s a children section and an adults area (with two jacuzzi corners) which was so relaxing. It was never crowded and the water always warm. Gardens: stunning, well kept gardens. The staff work extremely hard to keep them looking as beautiful as they do, with interesting and colourful displays. Spa: Wow! We had the best Couples aromatherapy massage followed by ginger tea, treats and fruit. It was so relaxing and we were truly spoilt. Thank you to all the team for spoiling us on my partners special birthday. Beach: Across a small road with staff to help you cross. Sun beds on the beach, golden sands and warm seas. Very scenic. The hotel speedboat trips pick you up from there which is a real bonus. The two boat trips we booked through the concierge were unmissable. Stunning scenery and excellent lunches. Truly amazing experiences. Not to be missed. Staff: Every single member of the team provided the highest level of customer service. I’ve never been to a hotel where every staff member smiled and chatted to you and were so genuine. I will mention the staff who I was able to remember their names and apologise to those I didn’t catch (as well as the chefs, gardeners and support staff that work behind the scenes). We really appreciated what you did to make our holiday a perfect experience. Christian & Peter (Directors). Always visual, interested in our experience of the hotel. Genuinely wanting to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you. Koh Poda team: Golf (great mixologist), Sam (his laugh was infectious, Sky (happy and helpful), Na, Palm, Ple …. Thank you for your excellent service. The Explorer Bar: Khun Top and Khun New…. such attentive bar service regardless of how busy they were. Tasty cocktails. Cheers. White Lotus: Ya Ya is a most amazing waitress and more. Always happy and wanting to please. An absolute credit to the Sofitel. Venezia: Peemai, Jeab, Mar, Ging & Naf. Thank you for making such a special birthday dinner the best experience. Stephen and I really appreciated everything you did on his special birthday. The table decorations, fruit and happy birthday wishes were very much appreciated. ❤️ Sade (worked in Koh Poda, danced and worked in other restaurants and bars). This young lady is the perfect employee. She’s so very friendly and ensured our holiday experience was the best ever. On our last day she made us origami flowers and birds from baht and paper. Another asset to the Sofitel. She’ll go far and we wish her the very best. I hope ALL the staff see this review. Be proud of your excellent service and take good care of yourselves. For those I haven’t mentioned - I apologise but you need to know that you’re the glue that keeps this marvellous team together. We really hope to return to Sofitel Krabi again. The staff here are lovely, friendly, the hotel is beautiful, the swimming pool is very large. And the food is delicious, the service is very good, especially Chef Bao, always attentive and taking care of the customers. Thank you for the good experience.

This is my first time here, this place is very amazing. I’m enjoy with every activities. The Maya restaurant is the best restaurant in hotel that have plenty of seafood like prawns, crab and fish esp. Salmon sashimi Staff ‘re very nice esp. Chef Bao who is kindness and fun
