Sofi is a very lovely hotel. The overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel was great. Plus they had an amazing concierge named Emma who was very helpful and informative. Emma's customer service is the reason that I will be coming back to this hotel

Brilliant service with meet/greet parking and check-in. Emma was lovely taking us up to our room and getting us all set up despite all the luggage we had. The lifts were a bit confusing as one lift doesn’t go down the whole way. Beds were comfortable and bathroom well stocked to allow us to enjoy our final night before holiday. We would definitely choose Sofitel again

Tiago was very pleasant in the bar area. He was attentive and polite. The bar area is clean and comfortable. We would stay again when travelling from Gatwick. (As a constructive comment, some of the bottles of Peroni could have been colder). The parking at the meet and greet was great although signage on how to get there could be a little clearer.

We were greeted at the door by Mustapha and immediately knew we were on safe hands. He sorted out our assisted travel collection for us he was brilliant. Orla on reception was lovely and explained everything really well. She made sure we knew where everything was. She was very professional and welcoming. Finally a mention for the team at Vivre. The food and service was excellent. Thank you
