Vivie Restaurant - we were served by Samim and he was delightful. He was kind and courteous and made our dining experience pleasant. The food was exceptional. I had the carbonara my friend had the Chicken Milanese and she enjoyed it very much. Overall 10/10.

Efficient greeting and check in. Very nice rooms, dinner, hotel presentation in general is very nice, helpful staff wherever you go and special thanks to Samim in one of the restaurants who was very friendly and provided excellent service!

We found all the staff that we met at Sofitel London Gatwick to be very helpful and friendly, particularly Mustafa, who helped us with luggage and advised us regarding parking payment. The room was clean, large and quite luxurious too. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience. Would certainly stay here again.

Short but sweet visit to drop off relatives to the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff particularly by Karystof in the main reception area. Nice large clean rooms, good food & service in the restaurant. Reception very informative & answered all queries. Excellent location for the north terminal & for the shuttle to the south terminal.

Always a lovely experience at the Sofitel. Everyone doing the most to make sure everything is perfect. I had a great dinner with great value for money. Thank you Samim for your lovely customer service at dinner. This hotel always feels very luxurious.
