Excellent start to the holiday! All staff polite and courteous. Runway room on 8th floor beautifully clean with crisp bed linen. Ate at the Asian restaurant which was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience … will definitely visit again

This was an overnight stay before our flight. We had booked a standard double at a discounted rate because I had joined the Sofitel club but we were pleasantly surprised when Yogi at the desk said we had been selected as “guests of the day” and were upgraded to an eighth floor room and access to the Club Milimisme. this meant we had access to free drinks and canapés before dinner and free drinks all evening and great views of the runway. We found staff everywhere in the hotel extremely helpful, responsive and courteous, especially Margo and Hannah and the dinner at Le Petit Reveur was excellent and unhurried. The room was of a high standard and there was a free mini bar as part of the upgrade. All in all an excellent and relaxing start to the holiday and if “guest of the Day” was part of their marketing strategy, it worked well, as we will be back! It has many more facilities generally than Premier Inn next door, regardless of our upgrade and is a very pleasant place to start your holiday

Stayed for one night before flying to nice arrived early but check in was very fast (had requested an upgrade but it wasn’t available) Great evenings stay with great staff(Tiago was brilliant ) Food superb hot and quick to arrive (had the Chinese dinner) Only downside it was pricey I guess that’s where you are

A very warm and friendly welcome at reception. Alessia explained everything we needed to know and made us feel very special. We stayed in the prestige suite which is a fantastic corner room with a view of the runway. We also had access to the lounge on the 8th floor. Again Alessia explained all the times for the lounge

As always we had a great stay with very comfortable rooms. I would like to mention Shivani in the bar, who was the most attentive and pleasant server - we were so surprised that she was so new to the role - a real professional who I am sure will have a great future in the hospitality sector.
