Everything was lovely upon our arrival, Gideon and his staff were very helpful and attentive. However, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable and we didn't get a good night's sleep, which was disappointing as we had a very early flight. Overall, I would always stay in this hotel when flying from Gatwick Airport as the share convenience of the proximity of the hotel.

Club Millesimile, Margo was a fantastic host. Delicious canapés and small eats, cheeseboard to finish. Excellent.

Fabulous experience after being upgraded to the 8th Floor including access to the millesimile club room. Wine and beer included with canapés and small eats, cheeseboard to finish. Margo was the host providing attentive service throughout.

This was an excellent overnight stay for our early flight to Palma. The hotel is very conveniently placed for both terminals. The superior room was very clean & spacious, the beds were very comfortable too. I would definitely be recommending this hotel for an overnight stay before flying.

Amazing experience, it is my 8th visit to the Sofitel Gatwick! - booked a luxury room with club lounge access. Great experience - room super clean and comfortable- great runway view. Margo who I have seen 3 times now in the club lounge was exceptional. Margo is amazing - she stands hands and shoulders above in terms of performance - she is amazing. Margo is very attentive and friendly, she is brilliant and Margo deserves a big pay rise - she is incredible. Also on reception, Lara - she was brilliant checking us in - very efficient and friendly. Lara was smiling - and accommodated all my requests. Can’t wait for my next Sofitel Stay! Thank you!
