We missed a flight and were miserable! Emma the hotel concierge got us beautiful rooms. Helped us find things to do close to the airport and really turned a horrible day into a once in a lifetime experience!! The hotel is beautiful and clean. As amazing as the hotel is the staff is even better!! Emma has made this my go to hotel. I'll skip heathrow and try to fly into gatwick from now on!!

We upgraded our room on arrival to an 8th floor ‘luxury’ room with a fabulous view of runway/planes We got free access to the club lounge on 8th floor which meant free drinks and nibbles all evening. We spent t a couple of hours in here - a good vibe. Margo was waiting on us and made sure we had a good time by making sure we always had a drink and that our needs were met. In fact, Margo went out of her way to provide me with gluten free food when I asked her if something had gluten in. Margo was very professional, courteous and personable and she made our first time in the club lounge a memorable one.

We had a great stay here before our early flight the next day. When we arrived we were greeted at reception by Forough, who checked us in. She had noticed it was my husbands birthday so gave us a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to have a runway view which was spectacular. The room had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. We also had access to the lounge, the lounge is great although a little canteen style, would be nicer with more relaxing chairs and better ambiance. We ate at the hotel and although expensive like everywhere at the airport, food was nice and service was great we ate in Vanda.

From the moment we arrived and greeted by a very helpful lady called Emma (who offered to take our bags with a smile), the stay was a good one. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included then ready for the flight. Would definitely stay again.

We had to book this hotel last min as our 12 hours flight had been delayed by 15 hours and had spent the previous night in the airport. Saii recognised how tired and fed up we were in an instant and said “I’m here to make your day better”. To cheer us up he upgraded our room and gave us the warm attentiveness that we so desperately needed - Saii was the ray of sunshine we needed and an absolute credit to the hotel. We actually stayed at the hotel on the way out to our holiday and didn’t get anywhere near the same level of customer service which shows just how outstanding Saii is!!! We will 100% stay again because of him
