We were looked after by a most delightful man Peter who was so friendly and charming. He also was highly professional so much so that I thought he was The Manager. Promote that man immediately. The other lovely lady was called Deniz. Well done to both. Thank you for a lovely meal. It all made a really lovely evening for us. Peter The Great was a Russian Tsar for those who don’t know Russian history. Jean George.

Well situated Hotel for Gatwick airport. Staff were Very welcoming from the Start. Hannah and Krzysztof in particular are excellent on front desk. They are Very knowledgeable members of staff and very attentive. We had lots of questions and they were both happy to help to make us feel very welcome. I would totally recommend The Sofitel. If you venture into the Bar , look out for Velu , another pleasant member of staff.

Always stay at Sofitel when flying from Gatwick or Heathrow..Very quick visit this time but greeted by very friendly and efficient Krzysztof who made our check in experience enjoyable. Had a meal in the bar before an early bed as check in for flight was 4 am! Will be Heathrow next in November.

Great spot for a quick overnight. The bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud and the room was super clean. Location and proximity to LGW can’t be beat. Definitely recommend if early flight out. Easy checkin and great service. Would stay again.

The parking next to the Sofitel is really handy for business meetings, the team, especially Forough on reception was supportive to ensure that we did not get hit by the new drop off charge and that for a business meeting we paid the appropriate parking charge (which is less than the airport standard parking charges) Thank you Forough for your support and for emailing the receipt following the event.
