Best place to stay, family can visit and also can swim with us. Buffet here is spacious with so many choices of foods. Every weekends there's kids activities here as well. We stayed here this april twice. Hoping next year again. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Good food, service but contrary to whats on Tripadvisor, it is NOT smoker friendly. The pool area is fun, both for adults and kids.The breakfast buffet is great. In the evening we tried one of the hotel restaurants, Cocos. Spiral is a treat, though some of the food is cold

Because of the events, hotel is crowded. Elevators took time to go up and down, there is a long line of guest lined up waiting for elevators. Accor check in lane have a lot of guests waiting for their turn to be assisted.

It took us 2 hrs waiting in line just to check in and the duty manager is no way to find.

This time I stayed in a suite with a family of friends from Japan. We booked for the pool and food, we checked in before 3pm but only got the key at 4pm for one room and 6pm for the other room. It is very disappointing that we had less time to get into the pool. Also, we always had to wait around 10 minutes for the lift, which was also very stressful. We also lost a lot of time because we could not use the stairs. We request that this is improved.
