Bad experience from the beginning at the reception. Even if the staff was busy because of a fashion event in the hotel, the check-in was very chaotic. No problem that the room was not ready before 3pm, but at least the registration (passports) could have been done. Instead of this we had to come back at 3pm, when everything was overcrowded. The overall infrastructure is very old and not well maintained. The control panel in the lift was falling.

A very good breakfast buffet. Disappointed with the mattress. It was very ‘lumpy’ and uncomfortable. The manager in the restaurant was very rude to my husband. The shower had mould in it. We have stayed at Sofitel in other countries. This one was disappointing.

The Service at breakfast from Camara was the whole time fantastic. He always care us very good during our breakfast time. The Service from the other areas in general is good. The rooms getting old and should be renewed soon. The view over the city is very nice
