It's wasn't my first time at the Sofitel Downtown and for sure wouldn't be the last. It's a great place, clean, relaxing, and convenient. The team are amazing and so helpful, the rooms are well maintained, the location is great, and the food are amazing.

The hotel was in an excellent condition and the staff, and amenities were fantastic…. On the other hand, the black mould right through the grout on the shower and bathroom floor was not. With bald tiles and black grout, it shone once wet, and astounded me it had been left as long as it had… a quick scrub with the complimentary tooth brush proved my fears.
