Now staying in Sofitel Damansara, this hotel is correct but not aligned with Sofitel standards. Positive : large rooms, nice area, welcoming staff ; Negative : all restaurants and bars closed at 10pm (> sinister atmosphere ...), main restaurant like a company "canteen" very noisy and full of salarees working around (few places for hotel guests ...). Conclusion : I do not recommend, and will try Accor KLCC hotels next time.

Arrived in late. Got some late night room service which was well appreciated. Facilities were great. I did have a late flight out of KL so allowing me to use the gym facilities to refresh before leaving was awesome.

Being an ex hotelier, this hotel can definitely do better. The spa is fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing and pampering experience. The pricing for spa is on the higher side in comparison to other spa available, but it is worth every penny. I tried the buffet breakfast and it was disappointing. Food that were meant to be served hot, were cold. The ham were on the hot station were dry and not hot at all. I was looking forward to having a good breakfast, but was filled with disappointment. The rooms could be cleaned better as I found hair in several areas when I first check in. Expecting a Sofitel standard, I do not see the lush fluffy slippers in the room. The pillow menu was a surprise for me and I definitely having a firmer pillow to support my neck. The gym is well equipped and I am glad it is open 24/7 using the keycard.
