Just leaving Sofitel Damansara. Correct but not at Sofitel's standards. Positive : - very nice spa ; - good position near KLCC (not so far, but far from traffic) Negative : - All bars and restaurants : last order at ... 9h30 pm !! >> this is unbelievable and unacceptable for a *****. - main restaurant ("kwee zean") like a corporate canteen : too often crowded, very noisy. Two other restos in the hotel (chinese and mediterranean, in upper levels) but ghostly atmosphere.

Room was extremely clean, i’d like to give my biggest thanks to your housekeeping department for always being tiptop on our room cleaning including turn down service. Very satisfied with the service from front office as well. We truly enjoyed our spa experience. Service at the Spa was normal but massage was good. I have specifically told the front desk regarding crediting of my points but even so, the points credited was incorrect. Kindly respond to my email.
