The most terrible service I ever have had. On the departure day, I get an email: my train is canceled, but it is replaced by a bus. I contacted the customer service and they confirmed this replacement. 30 min before the departure I get an email: there's no more places in the bus. I contacted the service on the train station, and the options were either to cancel the ticket or to take a train in 2 days and no hotel can be provided. Take it into account when booking the ticket with them!
