If you have an unforeseen event or you simply want to change your trip because you have changed your mind... No problem! FLEX is the option that gives you the most freedom, since it allows you to change the time and date of your trip up to 30 minutes before the train departs.

If you want to add the FLEX option, you must do it during the purchase process of your train tickets, not afterwards. Also, remember that this change does not contemplate the modification of destination or origin and that if the date of travel is changed, it will affect all the tickets in the reservation

You have two options to add this option:

- If you buy an OUIGO ESSENTIAL ticket, or, OUIGO PLUS, you will have to add the FLEX option as an extra service for 7€. Taking into account that when making the change, if there is a difference in the price of the tickets, you will have to pay the difference. However, if the price of the new ticket is lower, no refund will be made.

- If you buy an OUIGO FULL ticket, the FLEX option is included, so you would not have to pay more than the difference in price between the tickets, if the situation arises.

Without the FLEX option, schedule and date changes are possible, but at a cost of €30 added to the price difference, if any.
